2. Service Description

AIVenue provides lead generation and online advertising services that include:

• Identification and qualification of potential customers
• Targeted advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Social network integration and advertising
• Lead delivery and performance analytics

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead delivered, with rates varying based on the advertising channel used:

• Search Engine Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information
• Demonstrated interest in your product or service
• Match your specified target criteria
• Are not duplicates of previously delivered leads

If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain confidentiality of lead information

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

AIVenue's liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided. We are not responsible for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lead conversion rates or sales outcomes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in our services remain the property of AIVenue. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Access to our platform and services will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
